JEAN DESIGNART was established in 2017 to present a new perspective of contemporary art and apply it to the space, communicate with the public. Thereby contributing to promoting Korean art culture, where life and art harmonize.
By expanding the categories of contemporary art such as furniture, crafts, design, and architecture, as well as contemporary art, we present a variety of genres and are moving forward as a center of cultural communication that builds harmony between life and art. In addition, JEAN DESIGNART is operating a consulting business that offers integrated business content and space design for commercial spaces.
JEAN DESIGNART has presented new perspectives of Korean and international contemporary art through the cross-disciplinary exhibitions and projects, which expand those scope from fine arts to design and architecture. In doing so, we are trying to contribute to the community by nurturing the culture where everyday life is harmonized with arts and design.

Hermine Jean Founder / Art Director
Hermine Jean, the founder, and art director of JEAN DESIGNART completed bachelor’s degree in Economics at Seoul National University. She had been consulting for companies in various industries through market analysis and business and marketing strategy establishment at AT Kearney, a multinational business consulting firm and The Turning Point, the investment company in South Korea. She has a deep passion for various areas of contemporary art, she founded JEAN DESIGNART in 2017, has been conducting art consulting and marketing projects and has been planning various exhibitions since 2020.
